To keep things simple for you, we talk to all parties involved in the process. This will include the lender and a solicitor/legal person, insurance provider and if you are buying a house, most likely an estate agent or New Home builder.
We know the process like the back of our hands so we can bring the whole process together by talking to everyone involved for you and keeping you informed. If you are buying a house, we are even happy to deal with the estate agent by putting your offers forward on your behalf.
