Having a broker that is attentive is amazing, even though we hadn’t spoken for a number of years, Charles still remembered our personal situation including our children’s names which I thought was so thoughtful of him and it made our experience much more personal, rather than feeling like your just a number.

Craig, my mortgage advisor was incredible. He listened to me throughout the entire process, offering me guidance on the best deals and keeping me informed at absolutely every step of the process. We managed to get a great deal on my mortgage because the rates had just dropped so we waited out a week or so to get the best deal and he went above and beyond asking all types of questions about the nuances of the mortgage offer that I had.

Craig was so informative, and it was a long and frustrating process, but Dawn and Craig were so good, helping to chase my solicitor at all stages and on the other end of the phone for anything I needed. I would recommend to anyone and also would use you again if I ever came to buying again.

I recently worked with PFL Mortgages, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. The process was simple. The team (Charles Graham and Dawn) guided me every step of the way, making sure I understood everything without feeling overwhelmed.

As being a first time buyer, I sat down with Charles and told him my available funds and we had a discussion on what I could afford and what would be right for me, not only that he showed me the difference between a variable mortgage and a fixed mortgage and how putting a bigger deposit down would mean less interest.
What was really good, was the communication. They were always available to answer any questions and kept me updated at every stage.

What can I say about PFL Mortgages? Well, it’s easy, they are fantastic and I couldn’t have got through remortgaging at beginning of the year and porting my mortgage over this month without them, their expertise and knowledge is second to none.

I have been using PFL Mortgages for many years and they always listen to my requirements and find me the best deal.

Unfortunately, interest rates have gone up since my last re-mortgage, but the PFL team were able to find me the least impacting deal from a monthly payments perspective, and kept scanning the market right up until the last day when the application went in, to make sure I had the best deal available for my circumstances.

I was able to have consultation calls at times to suit me, the team were very flexible. I was always kept up to date with the situation, and the process was very clear and smooth.

PFL Mortgages helped me find the best available remortgaging deal in the current unstable market. We secured an initial deal with a lender, which was later improved as we waited for the end of the previously existing fixed rate. The timing of the deal was spot on for my circumstances.
