My boyfriend and I used PFL Mortgages to buy our first home and were so impressed with the service we received. Charles and Dawn were both so clear and prompt with their communication and made the whole process seem so simple. We had the most communication with Charles and couldn't have been more impressed with the service he provided us with. He worked around our schedule and kept in contact without any issues or delays, our experience with Charles and Dawn were by far the best part of the whole process of buying a home. As a really busy mum of two with a full time job and other half working away a lot of the time, the dread of remortgaging made me feel sick. However my dad couldn't recommend these guys enough so I gave them a ring.
Charles was fantastic! He broke everything down into easy terms and talked me through the process. We got in contact with PFL through my partner’s work and they were fantastic. They helped us transfer our previous mortgage to our new one and get us the best deal. As first time buyers my partner and I are very happy we was referred to PFL mortgages. Charles was very supportive when arranging our mortgage and looking for the best option for us.
The communication was amazing from Charles and he would call at the times that suited my partner and I best so we could both be included in the discussions. Once the mortgage was arranged he proceeded to help us with Life insurance which he was very clear about the options available and ensured my partner and I was comfortable and well informed to make our decision.
After the mortgage PFL mortgages also referred us to a solicitors which was super helpful as well. Dawn from PFL mortgages also assisted with chasing up the solicitors and kept us well informed on any updates on our behalf. Dawn also referred us to arrange our home and contents insurance which was well organised and arranged with ease.

PFL Mortgages were fantastic from start to finish. Professional, timely and really helped me. In the first meeting they really listened to my needs and were quickly able to begin the process of finding me a mortgage. Despite me having to change properties and deposit amounts throughout the process, they were able to effectively liaise with the mortgage lender to find me the best mortgage with the best interest rate available. I can't recommend them enough and will go back when my fixed rate is due to expire to get the best deal again.

I highly recommend PFL mortgages. We’ve used them for mortgage brokerage and life insurance and the process was so easy for both. Charles and Dawn are great to work with, Charles had calls with us at times that suited our young family and always made time to answer all of our questions (however silly they may have been !)
What could have been a stressful process (especially in current turbulent times) was made simple and easy. Charles got us a great (and flexible) deal whilst Dawn followed everything through to completion, doing a lot of chasing on our behalf.

I would recommend PFL Mortgages to any friends or family. The services we required were Mortgage advice, Mortgage brokering, Conveyancing and Insurance brokerage in order to purchase our first property.
Many parts of this process could have been stressful and time consuming, however PFL took all of that away. With regular catch ups and communications throughout the process it allowed us to stay informed and make the decisions needed while the team did all the leg work. There was a solution for every problem.
I never had to chase them for an update and they answered many (sometimes silly) questions. With the current rising mortgage rates they managed to secure us a deal far greater than I found on comparison sites.
We will be using this company for the foreseeable future and only wish we could have found them earlier.

From our initial discussions and guidance from Graham (during covid) with our complicated financial situation to working with Charles who helped us from start to finish to get a mortgage with a high street lender at a great rate and who also helped navigate the insurance world and get us both great deals for our life insurances. PFL mortgages are amazing! They are extremely welcoming and answered each question I had professionally and quickly not matter how small it may be.
I spent hours trying to find a deal myself however, I was unsuccessful in getting a good rate. The deal they found for me was incredible and everything ran very smoothly. This was my second time using them and I will not be going anywhere else! They are worth every penny.

I was recommended PFL Mortgages by two friends. I was consulting another mortgage broker at the time but I felt my circumstances and personal details were much better handled and properly discussed by PFL.
I received a detailed and step by step support all the way through the "buying a property process" which can be very stressful with unpredictable surprises. PFL were always there for me to listen and advise and they did a fantastic job in searching the best deal for me as well as systematically chasing up my solicitors.
On top of all this they were very keen on searching newer, better mortgage deals for me while I was waiting for the sellers solicitors to respond. After waiting for paperwork to be processed for almost 6 months PFL found me a second much improved mortgage rate saving me money on the long term. They also proposed me and offered other very useful products such a good life & house insurance taking away a lot of hassle for me. Their responses were prompt and efficient.
