What is your role at PFL mortgages?
Sales Support Manager.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Helping to keep things moving along for our customers and ironing out issues along the way is enjoyable, but seeing first-hand the customer’s joy on completion, especially if it is their first home is the most rewarding.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work I love spending time with my 5 Grandchildren. I also enjoy dog walking, cycling, cooking, yoga and travelling.
Do you have any pets?
I have a grand-dog, Bongo. He is my daughter’s dog, but I do often end up doggy sitting.
What is your pet peeve?
As I often travel a distance by car to work, I would definitely say bad drivers are top of my list.
What is something people may not know about you?
People may not know that I have been around most of England, Scotland and Wales via motorbike or/and campervan.
